On behalf of NPACE, I would like to thank you and the CCR team for being an integral part of NPACE’s transition to virtual programming. As you know, the COVID-19 pandemic forced NPACE to dramatically change the way it does business. Our entire business model was predicated on producing ten, live, in-person continuing education conferences for up to 400 nurse practitioners each, in cities across the country. As an organization without dues-paying members, conference revenue was the single revenue stream that kept the organization afloat. 

Over the past 6 months, our partnership with CCR has allowed NPACE to capture nearly 50 hours of continuing education courses from cancelled conferences and newly developed educational programs – all of which are scheduled for distribution and sale through our new Learning Management System in early 2021. Cheryl, your guidance and partnership, and the seamless scheduling and production processes put in place by Taylor Morgan and his team have enabled us to develop an extensive library of high-quality, polished, educational programming, that quite frankly, sets NPACE apart from our competitors. 

Our most significant accomplishment this past year was our hugely successful, inaugural NPacers Virtual Conference in September, which was expertly produced by the CCR Team. The production team assigned to us was stellar – truly, a “Dream Team”, led by Taylor Morgan and supported by Ben Kauffman. (And, for the record, this letter is my formal request that we have the same “CCR Dream Team” assigned to all NPACE projects moving forward!). Taylor is an absolute rockstar – he not only helped us choose the perfect virtual conference platform to meet our needs, but his guidance and expertise ensured that I had a full understanding of all of the production elements and nuances that the CCR Team needed to produce such a flawless virtual conference. It was a true partnership, where we assessed the vision, goals and objectives that NPACE had set for our event, and determined the best approach to take to achieve each of them. 

Aside from the technical production skills that each of the CCR Team members possesses, the level of professionalism, the continuous communication, and the team spirit that they demonstrated were crucial to our event’s success and put all of the NPACE staff and presenters at ease. We have heard repeatedly from our presenters how impressed and appreciative they are of all the support and expertise the CCR team has provided to them. From what our presenters have shared, your team’s expertise and support have helped them learn how to successfully transition to speaking to a virtual audience – and for that, they are incredibly grateful.
